Footfall Analysis of Floors CCIP

This tutorial focuses on the Footfall Analysis of floors.
This involves predicting the vertical vibrations caused by people walking or running across floors.
These deformations are typically very small, less than 1 millimeter, and therefore neither visually perceptible nor relevant to structural stability.
However, they can be felt and perceived as disruptive.
Furthermore, vibrations can also affect the function of sensitive equipment, for example, in laboratories or precision manufacturing facilities.
The workflow implemented in Footfall Analysis of Floors CCIP consists of three steps:
1. Floor Subsystem Generation
2. Performing the modal analysis
3. Executing the Footfall Analysis according to the CCIP or SCI guidelines
Remember: The video language is German with English subtitles. So don’t forget to switch to english 🙂
